By virtue of their independence and impartiality, the ombudsman may agree to cooperate in seeking solutions acceptable to the parties, concerning a specific problem. Request involvement of the ombudsman if you have received no adequate information from the credit institution to your questions concerning deposit insurance or state guarantee, either verbally or in writing. In the event the "deposit insurance ombudsman" cannot directly help you, they will tell you which organisation to turn to with your case.
